    14. The enhancement of industry-academia cooperation in terms of research training, career development and knowledge sharing, taking into account the protection of intellectual property rights, is encouraged throughout the ‘Marie Curie Actions’, while a dedicated action is addressing industry-academia pathways and partnerships, with special attention being given to SMEs.
